For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a €30.00 surcharge applies. Check-in is not possible after midnight.
Information regarding key collection and access to the apartment will be provided prior to arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
At check-in, any outstanding amounts for the stay and the tourist tax, where applicable, must be paid, according to the rates established by the Municipality where the property is located.
The apartment is also equipped with an energy-saving system that automatically switches off the air conditioning when guests leave the property. This system is part of our measures to reduce energy waste and cannot be deactivated or bypassed.
