The sleeping area is accessed through a small hallway and consists of a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Central heating and air conditioning make the apartment ideal for stays throughout the year, ensuring comfort during both the colder months and the summer season.

For arrivals after 8:00 PM, an additional fee of €30.00 will apply. Check-in is not possible after midnight.
Information regarding key collection and access to the apartment will be provided prior to arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
At check-in, any outstanding amounts due for the stay, as well as the tourist tax, where applicable, must be paid according to the rates established by the municipality where the property is located.
The apartment is also equipped with an energy-saving system that automatically switches off the air conditioning when guests leave the property. This system is part of our measures to reduce energy waste and cannot be deactivated or bypassed.
