The sleeping area is separated by a practical hallway, which provides access to the bathroom and the two bedrooms, both furnished with double beds. One of the bedrooms also features a balcony, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment.
Central heating and air conditioning ensure maximum comfort in every season, making the apartment ideal for stays throughout the year.

For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a €30.00 surcharge applies. Check-in is not possible after midnight.
Information regarding key collection and access to the apartment will be provided prior to arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
At check-in, any outstanding amounts for the stay and the tourist tax, where applicable, must be paid, according to the rates established by the Municipality where the property is located.
The apartment is also equipped with an energy-saving system that automatically switches off the air conditioning when guests leave the property. This system is part of our measures to reduce energy waste and cannot be deactivated or bypassed.
