The Casette di Calzata is a private estate and olive grove overlooking Sicily’s beautiful north coast. Taking its name from the hilly area where it stands, just a few kilometres to the west of the famous beach resort of Cefalù. between the towns of Campofelice and Lascari, close to the sea and not far from Cefalù. It was recently purchased by a German family who have long taken vacations in this part of Sicily, and finally took the plunge investing in real estate. The nearest small towns are Lascari and Campofelice, each of which is a five minute drive away and contains all the shops, bars and pizzerias you will need for day-to-day life. Cefalù is just 10km away, with outstanding restaurants, regular events through the summer, cinemas and of course, the long, wide strip of sandy beach for which it became famous. For those who want to explore further afield, this spot, within easy reach of the E90 motorway, makes a great base from which to discover Palermo, Monreale, the Madonie and the Aeolian Islands. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Any outstanding amounts for the stay and the tourist tax, if applicable, must be paid at check-in, according to the rates established by the municipality in which the property is located.
The apartment is also equipped with an energy-saving system that automatically turns off the air conditioning when guests leave. This system is part of our measures to reduce energy waste and cannot be deactivated or bypassed.
