The flat consists of a living area with kitchen, dining table and sitting area with TV, double bedroom, area with loft bed and bathroom. The flat has inverter air conditioning in the bedroom, pellet stove, washing machine and WIFI. In front of Felizia there is a large outdoor patio with table and chairs overlooking the garden. Felizia’s guests have also access to the big and lush garden with orange grove, relax and barbecue area, ping-pong table, as well as parking possibilities. It is located to 800 meters from sandy beaches of Cefalu and from the Cathedral of Cefalu, comfortably reachable on foot. The holiday lettings in Villa Caterina are all recently restored and all have air conditioning, washing machines, wifi and kitchens and are fully furnished. Outside you can spend pleasant evenings, sunbathe and admire the sea and the Rocca. In the garden you will find a barbecue area with a drinking water fountain and a view of the sea and the Rock of Cefalù, a relaxation area with sofas, a ping pong table, a trampoline and other games for children, many fruit trees, plants, and a vegetable garden with all kinds of herbs and vegetables!
We have also filled the villa with many animals: a small dog and a kitten that are used to moving freely in the outdoor spaces, turtles, goldfish, rabbits, ducks and chickens. Guests will have the opportunity to interact with our animal friends, but we invite everyone to respect their space and always approach them with care, attention and respect.
