For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a extra fee of €30.00 applies. Check-in is not possible after 12:00 AM (midnight).
Information regarding key collection and access instructions to the apartment will be provided prior to arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Upon check-in, any remaining balance for the stay and the tourist tax (where applicable) must be paid, according to the rates established by the local Municipality.
Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with an energy-saving system that automatically turns off the air conditioning when guests leave the accommodation. This system is part of our commitment to reducing energy waste and cannot be disabled or bypassed.
