Villa Sicilia

Villa Sicilia is a fantastic villa with a swimming pool near the sea, located along the Salinelle coast near Lascari. It is ideal for those who want to enjoy a dream seaside holiday or spend longer periods in complete relaxation in one of the most sought-after areas around Cefalù.

On the ground floor, the villa offers one double bedroom and one single bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a comfortable living room with a kitchenette. The attic floor consists of a spacious open area with a double bed and a second bathroom with a shower. Outside, guests can also enjoy a large fully equipped kitchen, a covered fully furnished patio, a well-kept garden with English lawn, and private on-site parking.

The highlight of Villa Sicilia is certainly the recently built private swimming pool: even though the sea is just a few minutes away, guests can cool off on hot days without having to leave the property.

The nearest beach is Salinelle beach, just a 5-minute walk away. It is a very large beach with a special wild charm. Here you will also find a beach club where you can eat, have an aperitif, enjoy ice cream, and rent sunbeds and umbrellas. Salinelle beach is also ideal for kitesurfing enthusiasts thanks to its coastal shape.

In the immediate surroundings – also reachable with the bicycles provided free of charge – you will find a good pizzeria (“da Piero”), seaside restaurants, a supermarket, a small bakery selling fresh bread, and the Lascari train station.

From Salinelle, many points of interest can be reached quickly by car, such as the Archaeological Park of Solunto, Palermo, the Madonie Regional Park, the Fiumara d’Arte, the Aeolian Islands, Cefalù, and much more.
