The entrance, located on the ground floor, opens onto a welcoming living area complete with two sofas, satellite TV, and a dining table. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen. The living room extends to the balcony, which offers a splendid panoramic view of the harbor and the sea. A small corridor leads to the sleeping area, which includes a comfortable double bedroom and a functional bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, offering maximum flexibility thanks to the air conditioning system for both summer cooling and winter heating.

A €30.00 surcharge applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM. Check-in is not possible after midnight.
Information regarding key collection and access to the apartment will be provided prior to arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Any outstanding amounts for the stay and the tourist tax, if applicable, must be paid at check-in, according to the rates established by the municipality in which the property is located.
The apartment is also equipped with an energy-saving system that automatically deactivates the air conditioning when guests leave. This system is part of our measures to reduce energy waste and cannot be deactivated or bypassed.
