The holiday home “Goethehaus” is located in a quiet little street in the Kalsa district, just a few steps from La Cala harbour and the Foro Italia seafront. Set in the heart of Palermo’s historic centre, it is surrounded by restaurants and bars, while the city’s main attractions are easily reachable on foot. The highlight of the property is its spacious terrace with Jacuzzi.
Inspired by Goethe’s Italian Journey, “Goethehaus” combines art, memories and impressions to create a unique atmosphere. It is the perfect starting point for discovering Palermo in an authentic and relaxed way, following in the poet’s footsteps.
The apartment occupies the upper floor of a two-storey building. The entrance also serves as a dining area, with a table for four and a small seating corner with two armchairs. From here, you can access the small, fully equipped kitchen.
A hallway leads to the two bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, Smart TV and private bathroom with shower. One bedroom and the dining area have access to a small balcony.
A staircase from the dining area leads to a guest bathroom and the sunny terrace, furnished with a dining table and sun loungers. The highlight is the Jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to four people.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating.

For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a €30.00 surcharge applies.
Check-in is not possible after midnight.
Information regarding key collection and access to the apartment will be provided prior to arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
At check-in, any outstanding amounts due for the stay, as well as the tourist tax, where applicable, must be paid according to the rates established by the municipality where the property is located.
The apartment is also equipped with an energy-saving system that automatically switches off the air conditioning when guests leave the property.
This system is part of our measures to reduce energy waste and cannot be disabled or bypassed.
