The holiday apartment “Vista mare alla Cala” is located just a stone’s throw from the Cala harbor on the 5th floor of a residential building in the old town district of Castellammare (La Loggia). Numerous restaurants and bars, as well as all the sights, are within easy walking distance.
An elevator takes you to the 5th floor. The entrance door leads into a spacious foyer. To the left is the fully equipped kitchen with access to a small balcony with a table and two chairs, overlooking the harbor. From the foyer, you can access the bedroom with a double bed and smart TV, the bathroom with a shower, and the living room with a sofa bed for two people, a dining table for four, a smart TV, and a small balcony with harbor views.
The apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning for both cooling and heating.

For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a €30.00 surcharge applies.
Check-in is not possible after midnight.
Information regarding key collection and access to the apartment will be provided prior to arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
At check-in, any outstanding amounts due for the stay, as well as the tourist tax, where applicable, must be paid according to the rates established by the municipality where the property is located.
The apartment is also equipped with an energy-saving system that automatically switches off the air conditioning when guests leave the property.
This system is part of our measures to reduce energy waste and cannot be disabled or bypassed.
