The holiday apartment “Sea View at La Cala” is located just a few steps from the port of La Cala, on the fifth floor of a residential building with a lift, in the historic Castellammare district (La Loggia).
Numerous restaurants and bars, as well as all the main tourist attractions, are easily accessible on foot.
The entrance door opens onto a spacious hallway. On the left is the fully equipped kitchen, with access to a small balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, offering a view of the port.
From the hallway, you can access the bedroom, featuring a double bed and Smart TV, the bathroom with shower, and the living room with a sofa bed for two people, a dining table for four, Smart TV, and a small balcony overlooking the port.
The apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning for both cooling and heating.

For arrivals after 8:00 PM, an additional fee of €30.00 will apply. Check-in is not possible after midnight.
Information regarding key collection and access to the apartment will be provided prior to arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
At check-in, any outstanding amounts due for the stay, as well as the tourist tax, where applicable, must be paid according to the rates established by the municipality where the property is located.
The apartment is also equipped with an energy-saving system that automatically switches off the air conditioning when guests leave the accommodation. This system is part of our measures to reduce energy waste and cannot be deactivated or bypassed.
