Its large open space includes a comfortable double bed, a dining table, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a modern and efficient shower. Vivaldi is found on the top (fifth) floor of a recently renovated building in the very centre of Palermo, Piazza Verdi (known to all locals as Piazza Massimo). Every effort has been made to ensure your comfort, including installation of air conditioning, central heating, free wi-fi, a washing machine and satellite TV.
The electricity is charged extra, due to the variable use of the air condition. Every kw/h will be charged with € 0,70 and discharged from the security deposit at the end of your stay

The apartment is also equipped with an energy-saving system that automatically switches off the air conditioning when guests leave the property. This system is part of our efforts to reduce energy waste and cannot be deactivated or bypassed.
