The kitchen is separate and fully equipped; a French window also offers sea views.
The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, one of which has a private balcony. The modern and functional bathroom features a large shower.
The real highlight of the house is the large panoramic terrace: a space to enjoy throughout the day, furnished with a relaxation area, umbrella, barbecue, and outdoor shower. From here, the view extends from the blue sea to the coast and surrounding mountains, offering one of the most evocative views in the area.

Information regarding key collection and access to the apartment will be provided prior to arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Any outstanding amounts for the stay and the tourist tax, if applicable, must be paid at check-in, according to the rates established by the municipality in which the property is located.
The apartment is also equipped with an energy-saving system that automatically turns off the air conditioning when guests leave. This system is part of our measures to reduce energy waste and cannot be deactivated or bypassed.
