"Mare" (Sea): The heart of this unit is a charming living room that hides a secret—a cozy mezzanine double bed reached by an internal staircase. The bright, functional kitchen opens directly onto the terrace through large glass doors, creating a seamless flow between indoors and out.
"Terra" (Earth): Comfort and warmth define this wing of the house, featuring a sleeping area with a double bed and a second modern bathroom with a shower.
The Terrace (The Beating Heart): These two souls merge on the large, furnished terrace. A true outdoor lounge equipped with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, and laundry area—perfect for grilling under the stars or breakfast with a sea view.

For arrivals after 8.00pm there is a supplement of €30.00. It is not possible to check in after midnight.
Information regarding the delivery of the keys and how to access the apartment will be communicated before arrival.
Check-out must be done by 10:00 on the day of departure.
At the time of check-in, any amounts still due for the stay and the tourist tax, where applicable, must be paid according to the rates established by the Municipality in which the structure is located.
The apartment is also equipped with an energy saving system that automatically deactivates the air conditioning when guests leave the accommodation. The system is part of our measures to reduce energy waste and cannot be deactivated or bypassed.
