The ground-floor entrance opens onto a hallway leading to the sleeping area, consisting of a comfortable double bedroom with direct access to a private bathroom with shower.
From the hallway, a spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where the welcoming living area is furnished with satellite TV, a dining table, and a double sofa bed that can accommodate up to two people. This area extends to a first roof terrace overlooking the harbor. Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, which serves a second bathroom with shower. The kitchen leads to the larger panoramic terrace, furnished with a round dining table and four chairs, ideal for al fresco dining overlooking the spectacular sea and harbor. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, ensuring maximum thermal comfort for both summer cooling and winter heating.

Any outstanding amounts for the stay and the tourist tax, if applicable, must be paid at check-in, according to the rates established by the municipality in which the property is located.
The apartment is also equipped with an energy-saving system that automatically deactivates the air conditioning when guests leave. This system is part of our measures to reduce energy waste and cannot be deactivated or bypassed.
