Located on the second floor of a typical local building, the apartment unfolds along an entrance hallway. On the right is the double bedroom, followed by a bright eat-in kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa bed. This room leads directly to the balcony with sea views, while the functional bathroom, complete with shower, is conveniently located at the end of the hallway. To ensure maximum comfort in every season, the apartment is fully air-conditioned with two air conditioning units, ideal for both summer cooling and winter heating.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Any outstanding amounts for the stay and the tourist tax, if applicable, must be paid at check-in, according to the rates established by the municipality in which the property is located.
The apartment is also equipped with an energy-saving system that automatically deactivates the air conditioning when guests leave. This system is part of our measures to reduce energy waste and cannot be deactivated or bypassed.
