Located on the third floor of a typical fisherman's house, the apartment features an entrance hallway that perfectly organizes the spaces. On one side is the sleeping area, consisting of two comfortable double bedrooms and a functional bathroom with a shower. On the opposite side is the bright eat-in kitchen, furnished with a sofa, TV, and a dining table with four chairs. This room also offers direct access to the balcony with sea views. To ensure maximum comfort in every season, the accommodation is fully air-conditioned with both cooling and heating.

Information regarding key collection and access to the apartment will be provided prior to arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Any outstanding amounts for the stay and the tourist tax, if applicable, must be paid at check-in, according to the rates established by the municipality in which the property is located.
The apartment is also equipped with an energy-saving system that automatically deactivates the air conditioning when guests leave. This system is part of our measures to reduce energy waste and cannot be deactivated or bypassed.
